Our destination is Ikuta Ryokuchi – a tranquil park in Tama-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa.

A place filled to the brim with blue skies, green trees…

And of course, purple hats.

An old train carriage sits motionless, waiting to be explored.

The only movement being the swaying of trees and the water’s still reflection.

Look up and what do you see?

Trees of every colour –

And every shade.

These are the colours of the Tokyo summer…

And the end of a day well spent.
